Delete your Tiketza account.
If you can still sign in, closing your account in the app is immediate. Use this page if you have lost access.
What gets removed
- Your name and phone number.
- The phone lookup that makes your account findable.
- Every travel document you saved for reuse.
- Your favourite trips.
- Your login — the email is freed so it can sign up again.
What we cannot remove
Past bookings and payments stay. They are the bus agency’s sales records and it is required to keep them — but they stay with your name detached, so they no longer identify you.
Settle these first
Two things stop a closure, both in your favour. Money still on your membership card — spend it or withdraw it at a counter, so closing does not strand it. And tickets you have paid for but not travelled — travel or cancel them, so you are not left holding a seat behind a closed account.
